Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or new views for your telework station, this property has it all. With an abundance of light, a stone fireplace, and a screened in porch, you are sure to get some much-needed relaxation in the mountains.Minutes away from Massanutten Ski Lodge, two 18-hole golf courses, and year round indoor/outdoor water park.House Manual:PLEASE READ: Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7AM every day.PARKING - All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed at the owners cost.If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive and the Hopkins Park parking lot located at 1977 Massanutten Drive.NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay. TRASH – ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED. At the end of your stay you must put all bags in the large black contractor bag prior to being put in the outside trash can. Trash is picked up every Monday, even on holidays (except Christmas). If you are checking out Tuesday-Friday and have a significant amount of trash, please remove all trash from the property and bring to the dump. If the lid does not close on the trash can it must be taken to the dump. They can be thrown in the dumpsters located off Peak Drive in the back of the Owner’s pool parking lot, 4007 Peak Drive. Excessive trash left at the property is subject to a fee.Reminder to call 911 for all emergency requests. Security can be called if you have a noise complaint, see open fires, someone parked in the road, oversized vehicles, suspicious activity, etc. The phone number for the on-site Security officer is 540-820-3810.
