Lake views from every room but one front bedroom. 5 bedrooms, including a bunk room (XL, 80”), 3.5 baths. Sports room on 2nd level with 9’ Brunswick pool table and 14’ shuffle board table. Including full wall of useable albums. Also, enjoy ping pong and bags set. 9ft Jacuzzi. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Dock availability for hanging out, swimming, fishing, two stand-up paddle boards. Sorry, no access to personal boat and Jet skis.It is actually hard to describe through words or pictures how nice this home and location is. Imagine all on main level, an awesome gathering great room (family, dinning, kitchen) for loads of family time. Master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, full bathroom, and 1/2 bathroom off entry. Enjoy main level balcony with TV, gas grill, mini ref, steps down to completely fence backyard (pets allowed) with grass area, stone and Trex patio's. Enjoy 8 person Jacuzzi (71 jets). Now walk upstairs for large game room and full bedroom, built-in two XL bunk beds area. Enjoy almost new 9' Brunswick pool table, 14' shuffle board and a wall of albums to enjoy on a turntable. It just doesn't get much better. ALL rooms overlooking magnificent Lake Travis with exception of one front yard facing bedroom. Every room has it's own ceiling fan in the home. We are a family with 5 adult children, 6 grandchildren that all gather and enjoy this awesome family home.
