Upon arriving at Always Sunny, you are greeted by a delightful southern style front porch complete with rocking chairs for relaxing in the breezy summer evenings. The first room you enter is a bright, spacious living room that features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and that is accented by pine hardwood flooring that flows into the entirety of the interior of the home. A cased opening leads you to the dining room that features arched windows that allow sunlight to pour into the elegantly designed space. Beyond the living and dining rooms, you enter the jaw-dropping kitchen complete with quartz counter tops and back splash, all brand new high-end appliances, which include a microwave, flat cooktop, oven, washer and dryer, and gorgeously built-in refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and wine chiller. The kitchen also features a long wooden wet bar conveniently located for easy entertaining and family gatherings. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of cookware, baking pans, a crockpot, a blender, a food processor, a French Press and a drip coffeemaker. The first floor of the home also presents a bedroom with a Queen bed and an en suite bath with marble tile and upgraded finishings. The second floor of the home features two bedrooms; one bedroom that features a King bed and daybed/trundle and attached balcony, and one bedroom that contains two Twin beds. A marble tiled full bath is located off the second floor hallway. The third story conveys the fourth bedroom which features a Queen bed and yet another marble tiled en suite bath. There are sound machines with white noise and alarm clocks (each with 2-USB charging ports) in all four bedrooms. Need a space for kids to play separately from the adults?
