Both king bedrooms on the second floor have two closets and sitting areas. Every bedroom includes large windows, ceiling fans, and mirrors. One full bathroom features a large tiled shower. The other full bathroom features an original restored claw foot tub with hand-held shower. Large open concept living area, including two dining room tables with seating for sixteen and bar area that has seating for four. The kitchen includes brand new appliances, cabinets and quartz countertops, installed in the summer of 2022. The kitchen includes an instant pot and coffee maker (with both keurig and regular coffee pot capabilities) and a double oven. The living room features a large ROKU T.V. and wireless internet. Spacious utility room on first floor has large wash basin sink, large washer and dryer, and extra shelving for your groceries or beach items. The King bedroom on the third floor has an additional sitting area with a ROKU TV. The third floor has a table and chairs: perfect for an office or playing board games. There is plenty of parking - street parking out front, side driveway for two cars and rear parking accessed by the alley. See photo of backyard for parking. Big enough for boat trailer!The large porch is a favorite spot with plenty of comfy seating, including cushioned chairs and loveseats. It is the perfect place for morning coffee, an afternoon with a good book, or rest from a day in the sun. Golf cart parking is behind the house. Outdoor electrical outlet, for recharging cart, is located on back of house near the stairs. See photo of backyard for location of electrical outlets. Beach umbrella and a few beach chairs included! Downtown has a little bit of everything: ice cream shops, a local theatre, cidery, distillery, gourmet food shops, restaurants and boutique shops. Central park has an open field for sports, a children's playground, a beautiful water fountain and hosts concerts every Saturday evening. It is half a block to Cape Charles Central park, six blocks to the beach and five blocks to downtown. Quiet neighborhood where everyone walks, bikes or takes a golf cart. Come enjoy!
