Perfect Location in the heart of Cape Charles Everyone that comes to Cape Charles falls in love with the charm and beauty of this small town. Peach Retreat is nestled right in the heart of town, just a block from the shops and restaurants. Once you arrive you will be able to walk, bike or golf cart everywhere in town! Our home is a family friendly home with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs you will find a California king size bed. Upstairs the bedrooms have a queen size bed, a king size bed, and one bedroom with a queen over queen bunk and a twin trundle bed. The bunk room and the king room have TV's and are very spacious. Downstairs the living room has a 65 inch smart TV, a large sectional sofa and two large club chairs for relaxing. The sofa also has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well stocked for any meal you would like to cook in the home and has a dishwasher. In the dining room you will find a large table that comfortably seats ten, and a small kids table for two. The best part of the home is the large wrap around porch that has 4 rocking chairs and a porch swing, with a small kids picnic table around the side. In the backyard is the most beautiful courtyard, with a table for four, and a lounge area with a love seat and two chairs. The patio bistro lights are wired to a switch and give off the best ambiance for evening cocktails. We want to be sure you have everything that you need while you are visiting Peach Retreat so we have a shed in the back with two beach cruiser bikes, corn hole boards, 7 beach chairs, 2 kids beach chairs, 2 adult kayaks, one kid pull-behind kayak, life jackets, beach umbrellas, a cooler, a wagon and sand toys. Attached to the shed is a dart board. We take great pride in the home and the cleanliness of the home. Be assured that if you rent Peach Retreat you will have a clean, comfortable home. We love our guests and we love sharing our home with friends and visitors. We are available for any questions! We have a golf cart that is available to rent for $65/day or $325 a week with your stay. Please note that this is an additional payment and you must sign an additional agreement if you wish to rent the golf cart. The golf cart can only be rented for the length of your stay and not shorter or longer periods of time. A golf cart is the BEST way to get around town! We highly recommend adding this to your stay!
