Three bedrooms have full ensuites and the 4th bedroom is across the hall from the 4th full bathroom.The primary bedroom with its king, is the only 2nd floor room, overlooking the large, yet cozy living room. Primary’s bath includes two shower heads – typical wall shower and an overhead rain shower. The primary bedroom includes panoramic views of the Chickahominy River – sunsets and sunrises.The main floor’s bedrooms include 1 queen and 3 twin beds. The smallest bedroom has a writing desk and 1 twin bed. The largest 1st floor bedroom has 1 queen. This bedroom also has a 50” LG TV. The middle size bedroom has 2 twins.The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The countertop breakfast bar seats 4 and flows into the dining area with additional seating for 10. The open concept first floor continues into the living room with multiple seating and lounging options and 60" LG TV.Need to relax after a long day at Busch Gardens, Water Country USA or Colonial Williamsburg then sit back on the front stoop overlooking the Chickahominy River or gather around the fire pit out back that overlooks breezy Chickahominy marshlands.The large eat in kitchen/dining area – the heart of this home – is our favorite for morning coffee, family meals, and contentious family game nights.Neighborhood includes 2 marinas - one with Taylor's Restaurant, a local boaters' meeting spot (open from May - Sep). Both marinas offer pontoon boats to rent or drop your own boat in via the nearby public boat ramp. Striped Bass fishing tournament every Thursday night from May – Sep. Though rural, this home is in the perfect vacation destination - 30/40 mins to most attractions. Enjoy a few days at exciting Busch Gardens or wet & wild Water Country USA. Satisfy your historic curiosity with a trip to Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, or Jamestown.
