Newly renovated cottage on the Rappahannock! Beautiful newly renovated cottage on the Rappahannock River. Only a couple miles to the sweet town of Urbanna. Featuring three bedrooms with an additional bunk bed space for the kids, and 2 full baths. Perfect for your next getaway with stunning views of the water, new dock, firepit, outdoor shower, kayaks, and more. Bring your water toys, and golf cart!The cottage boasts a king size bed in the master, a queen, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Bunk beds are located in their own separate space, and have a barn door if privacy is needed.Guest access:There is no guest access to the garage.Other things to note:The closed in back porch only has A/C, this area can be cold if renting during the winter. Guests are not allowed to use the boat lift.
