Location is perfect for swimming, fishing, and water sports.The property was a duplex converted to a single-family home. The upstairs however remains separated with each side boasting a primary bedroom and second bedroom connected by a jack and jill bathroom and a laundry room. Each primary bedroom has lake views with a walk out balcony. The second living room includes a sofa bed that easily converts to a queen bed with additional sleeping for two. A room divider is available for additional privacy.Close proximity (12mins) to grocery store, ABC store, boat/jet ski rentals, restaurants/bakery/deli/coffee short, miniature golf, winery, bowling, Captain Jack Charters, etc.Linens, bath towels and wash cloths are provided. Please bring your own outdoor swim/dock towels.Paper products are provided to get you started (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen).Kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, cutleries, glassware, and basic spices.
