🌞 Multiple Family Friendly, Modern Lake House On Deep-Water Cove, 2 Kayaks 🌞 Immaculate modern lake house on deep-water cove just minutes by boat to Jimmy’s Creek and Pea Hill Creek. Beautiful safe cove with main lake views can be seen from the living and dining areas, as well as enjoyed while relaxing on the screened porch. Enjoy night-time fun around the new fire-pit!The main floor has an open concept with seating for 4 at the granite topped island as well as a separate dining, opening to the living area. Hardwood floors, stainless appliances and granite counters create this modern home away from home, filled with amenities. The main floor master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk in closet. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a Full (New 2019) bed and the other with a queen size bed and a lake view. These rooms share a large full bath & tub/shower with plenty of storage. The lower level has a private room with a queen size bed, a furnished game room and an additional full size futon. The lower level also has a full bath. The game room is equipped with a flat screen TV a game cube and ping pong table. There is a walk out to a covered patio for outdoor dining, just steps to the lake. The Weber gas is also available for your cookouts. The kids will be entertained with a ping pong table, TV and Wii. Like the kitchen, all baths are upgraded with granite counters and new cabinets creating a modern feel. The large dock has 8 feet of water depth, and offers two areas for boat tie-up for your use. Water depth is 3 feet at the steps near the shore to 8 feet at the outer edge of the dock. The calm water cove allows for safe swimming, floating, kayaking and paddle-boarding for worry free water play.The landscaped back yard is perfect for badminton or Frisbee. The Lantana bushes attract butterflies and hummingbirds in the summer and at night chase the fireflies in the yard with the little ones. Just a few miles to the public boat launch, there is ample space for multiple vehicles and your boat trailer on our property. Washburn's Mariana is also nearby for your boating needs (and a great morning biscuit!)2023 Update: - Leather furniture in main floor living room- Fresh new paint in bathrooms and hallways - Updated glassware and new Keurig in Kitchen- Carpets and furniture professionally cleaned and disinfected. 2022 Update: - New 50” smart TV in the main floor living room- New King-size mattress in main floor master bedroom - New Queen-size mattress upstairs- New chairs for bar-searing in Kitchen- Carpets and furniture professionally cleaned and disinfected. 2021Update: - New 55” smart TV in the downstairs playroom, with easy switching for DVD, GameCube and Wii - New screen porch furniture - Purple Martin houses near the water for you summer long enjoyment - 4 new Adirondack chairs around the fire pit- New hot water heater 2020 Update: Some new things requested by our guests!- (2) Kayaks for your enjoyment. These are for kids/adults up to 225 lbs, and are the "sit on top" type, so they are easy to use. Please be sure to bring your life preserver if you use them. - We now have a fire pit! Please keep the hose handy, and make sure it's out before you go in for the evening. (You can get firewood/starter logs at Food Lion). 2019 Update: some great improvements this year! - Front-porch has been updated with composite decking and new aluminum railing. - Stainless steel cable railing on the screen porch - Fresh paint in several rooms, and all carpets and furniture has been professional deep-cleaned. - BIG NEWS: Our neighbor took down many trees on his lot, which has given us an unbelievable unobstructed view of the main lake!2018 Update: All decking has been updated and professionally stained by Deck Renew. Larger TV in Den (40"), and wall-mounted it for better viewing. New aluminum railing has been installed. New landscaping and lighting. 2017 Update: - we added an underwater Fish Light!!
