Beautiful, spacious A-frame situated close to the water with exceptional views of the lake - both from the inside of house, the wrap around deck and the exceptional TWO TIER Dock. This paradise is perfectly positioned right off the main lake at between marker #5 and 6 for easy access by water or by land. Located on a quiet cove with calm, glass like waters - perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The two tier dock is an experience of its own - where you can enjoy drinks at the Tiki bar, wade in the 1 foot deep water at the bulkhead or get adventurous and jump off of the top dock into 14 feet deep water. If wakeboarding, tubing and skiing. is more your plan - just 1/4 mile away is the main lake for the fast action. In side this spacious haven you will find a fully stocked open kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms including two main bedrooms, an inviting living room area with fire place and a game room for the kids with fooseball, knock hockey and board games. Right outside the house you can relax in a shaded breezy hammock, freshen up in the outdoor shower, roast smores at the fire pit or read a book in the screened in porch. Located just a 5 minute drive from town for grocery shopping, pizza, shopping and more. This lakehouse truly has it all. Fees include cleaning fee, fresh linens and paper products.
