The upper apartment has a lovely view of the cove from the outside deck and the lower unit has an equally lovely view from the screened porch. In addition, you'll have a beautiful sandy beach, boat house, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats fire pit, and outdoor games that will be shared if the other home on the property is also occupied.
