Welcome to our unique vacation rental, a haven where the charm of the past meets the luxury of today! The house is a tri-level with the first 2 levels having a full kitchen and a kitchenette on the third floor. Cook up a storm in our well-appointed kitchen, blending retro with contemporary convenience. Maximum 16 occupancy. 6 retro bedrooms - Unwind in themed bedrooms. The Main floor has 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, bottom floor has 2 separate bedrooms with each having a queen size bed, 3rd floor has 3 separate bedrooms, 1 with king size bed, 1 with queen size bed. Lastly the 3rd room with 7 twin beds, perfect for the kids. ADA ramp with accesibility to the bottom floor and yard. Feel the privacy, the bottom floor is like having your own apartment with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Amenities include Jacuzzi tubs on all three levels. Pool table on 3rd floor with a big area for guests to hang out and play games or watch TV. If you choose torent or bring your own boat or jet ski's the boat ramp is about 5 miles up River Road and is maintained by Dominion Power for public use. The house is perfect for multi-family rental, and family reunions. Due to the size of the house and number of beds you have the choice to bring your own bed sheets and towels. otherwise let us know and we can provide those items for a fee. Sheets ($150) and towels ($100). We do encourage to bring your own beach towels if you plan on enjoying the lake as those will not be provided. Our bath towels must not be used outside the home.The house is complete with smart TVs and wireless internet service. Each level of the house has its own deck area, where you can enjoy an amazing view of the lake! A gas grill is provided on the lower patio and main level deck. So, come on down, ready to 'chill and grill', swim, fish, boat, ski, relax and soak up the most beautiful lake Carolina has to offer. This is one of the few properties that has a nice beach area that leads into the lake.Nestled in a low-traffic cove with quick access to the main thoroughfare. It is located in one of the most highly sought for areas of the lake which is the NE quadrant of Lake Gaston. Golfing is nearby. Public access boat ramp 5 minutes up the road. You are welcome to bring your boat or jet ski's but we do not have a boat lift available for renter usage.Max Occupancy is 16 GuestsNo Pets permitted. ****We do have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to check in.****No fraternities, sororities or similar college organizations****No smoking in houseWe make our home available year-round.
