Kimary Cove - Waterfront Relaxation and NO CLEANING FEE The Piankatank River’s Postle Cove is home to this waterfront house, a short trip to the Chesapeake Bay. Guests stay in a fully finished downstairs area complete with full kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom.Indoor entertainment includes three Roku televisions and a pool table. Outdoor entertainment includes our waterside gazebo, private dock, fishing, local marina and nearby golf course. Grill out on the huge deck between games of Cornhole in the back yard.The spaceKimary's Cove sits on .94 acres of beautifully landscaped waterfront property. The huge wrap-around deck on the back side of the house leads down a path to the water's edge where you find a relaxing gazebo and private dock. Bring your equipment and fish off the private dock.Motor Boats up to thirty feet can easily be docked at our home. Bring your kayaks or small boat; travel and or fish Postle Cove, Queens Creek, or the nearby Piankatank River. Located just 4.8 miles from the nearby town of Mathews where all of your daily shopping needs can be met, 14 miles to nearby Gloucester for those hard-to-find items, 39 miles to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, and about an hour-and-a-half to Virginia Beach. Centrally located with Virginia's capitol, Richmond, to the north, the mountains to the west, ocean beaches to the east and so much more in every direction, our house is an ideal place to call your home away from home.Guest accessThe main living area of the house is on the ground floor. While you are technically reserving the entire house because no other 'guests' will be there during your stay, you have access to the 1,260 sq ft fully finished downstairs level plus all exterior yard, deck and dock amenities. You will not have access to the interior ground level areas.Note that your host will also be on property. They will stay on the ground floor and while you may sometimes see them, they will not be a bother to you unless you desire to interact with them. Maintenance issues or questions that come up while your host is present can be immediately addressed.An initial stock of laundry supplies, soaps, shampoos, toiletries, paper towels and cleaning supplies is located in a closet in the bathroom.Other things to noteINSURANCE. Please note that we do not maintain insurance tocover your personal property and/or any personal injury and/orany such damages related thereto. Further, we are not responsibleto any resident, guest, invitee, or occupant for damage or loss of anypersonal property or personal injury proximately caused by thefollowing incidents (including but not limited to) fire, smoke, rain,flood, water and pipe leaks, hail, ice, snow, lightning, wind, explosions,earthquakes, interruption of utilities, theft, hurricanes, occupants, or invited/uninvited guests, and/or vandalism unless otherwise required by applicable Virginia law.PROHIBITED CONDUCT. You, your occupants or guests, or theguests of any occupants, may not engage in the following activities:behaving in a loud or obnoxious manner; disturbing or threateningthe rights, comfort, health, safety, or convenience of others (includingour agents) in or near the house; manufacturing, delivering,possessing with intent to deliver, or otherwise possessing a controlledsubstance or drug paraphernalia; engaging in or threateningviolence; possessing a weapon prohibited by state law; discharginga firearm on the property; tampering with utilities or telecommunications; bringing hazardous materials onto the property.
