The main level's open-concept living room is full of comfortable furniture, glossy floors, and thoughtfully-themed décor, and includes a large flatscreen TV to catch those important games on and a private library of board games the kids will love. The family chefs will love making some culinary magic in the full kitchen when they get to pluck some abundant cookware from the overhead pot-and-pan rack, and play around with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, and a center prep island. The kids will enjoy eating (yeah, probably pizza) at the round kitchen table with seating for four while your dinner guests dine at the dining room table that seats up to eight. There is access to the furnished deck from both the kitchen and dining room, so on warm evenings you can entertain outside while cooking up a storm on the private gas grill while the kids stream their favorite Netflix movies and shows or challenge each other to games of air hockey in the downstairs game room.Speaking of the game room, the space is dressed with plenty of comfy furniture and carpeted floors, a flatscreen TV, the afore-mentioned air hockey table, and access to the backyard patio, enclosed yard, and firepit. The downstairs area makes for a great place to get some work done, and students and remote workers can take advantage of the home's high-speed internet and free WiFi to get their sensitive projects completed on time. You'll also find a twin-size bunk bed and a double sofa bed as well. The downstairs also boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo down the hall by the stairs. The upstairs main bedroom suite features a queen bed, a private wardrobe, and a huge en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a step-in shower, and a double-basin sink. You'll also have spectacular tree views and access to the deck - this is a great way to sneak into the kitchen to steal some late-night cake without waking anyone up! The second bedroom has a queen bed and is next to a full bath off the living room, while the third room has a queen bed and a wet bar with a wine rack and a mini fridge. Of course, it wouldn't be a lake vacation without a lake, and Lake Anna is just walking distance away, so be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen!
