Unobstructed view of Mount Washington from the main living area, you will not want to leave the house. Our place is suitable for family gatherings. Located in Intervale, right on rte 16-302 the property is 6 minutes to Cranmore-10 to Attitash-13 to Black Mountain and 20 to Wild Cat Mountain. Easy access to shopping and dining , only 15 minutes from North Conway and Settlers Green Mall. Min age of the booking person 30. Fully furnished, including bedding and towels. Fully stock kitchen, including Pots and Pans. Large parking area.This Log home sleeps up to 10 people . Before we accept any reservation we will ask you for the names and ages of all people in your group, how many cars will be parked in the property, the kind of gathering you are having and if you are bringing any pets. The pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. Our place is set up to host families, and we absolutely do not allow parties. If your group is not a family we will not allow more than 8 adults. If your group and plans are an adults only stay, the minimum age to book is 30 and everyone or the majority of the group must be over 30. We use blink surveillance system in the property. All cameras are located outside. The driveway is steep, it is wide and well paved. In the winter months it is plowed after 2” of snow, when the storm is over, however if there is a snow storm, your car has bold tires and or no 4 wheel drive, you might have a hard time getting up.In the Winter time you can get to Attitash or Cranmore in 10 minutes or to Wild Cat or Black Mountain in 15 Minutes. For the summer , a 10 minute drive will take you to Eco Lake, Saco River or Diana's bath. And for the kids? 6 minute drive to Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium. Jackson is around the corner, go an enjoy live Music at the Wild Cat Inn and Tavern or go have a gourmet meal at the Christmas Farm inn restaurant, Thompson House or Shovel Handle Pub. Need some groceries? Grants is 5 minutes away. Something more casual Red Parka and the Shanon door are just 7 minutes away.PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a pet, we reserve the right to approved it first and you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited. ESA's are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
