Perched above the bustle of city life between the ocean boulevard and Gloucester's historic Main Street, this modern, open, two bedroom apartment is the perfect pied-à-terre for your "in town" seaside vacation.Located on the second and third floors of a two family home, the main living area has plenty of plush leather seating, a 45' flat screen TV, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, large water view deck and a new full bath. A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms including the master with a king bed, half bath and washer/dryer. A guest bedroom in the front of the house has its own deck and an extremely comfortable futon sofa which opens to a full-size bed, perfect for the occasional overnight guest. The living room sofa also opens to a queen size bed for extra accommodations.Steps away from Gloucester's historic downtown,a wonderful spot for great food, music and quaint shops. Walk to outdoor dining along the harbor, the small beach around the corner, the Fiesta & other waterfront festivals and the extremely popular Summer Block parties and Farmer's Market. Stroll and swim from Pavillion Beach right out the door or walk along the harbor to beautiful Stage Fort Park, Cressy and Half Moon Beaches at the other end of the ocean boulevard.New in 2019, a/c in master bedroom.
