Ten minutes drive to Wingaersheek Beach, Good Harbor Beach or downtown to events in Gloucester. Dock access to swimming in the Annisquam River or bring a kayak or paddle board to venture further down the river for day's activity!Short drives to Manchester-by-the-Sea, Essex, and Rockport. Within and hours drive you may travel north to Newburyport, Portsmouth, NH and then into Kittery, Maine for a fabulous day trip. The MBTA train has 2 Gloucester stops for a 45 min trip into Boston, or take a stop in Salem, MA. This spacious (1,800 sq ft) unit is perfect to be the central location for any wedding or family event you would have in the area. Plenty of parking on site. We have hi speed Wifi, 2 TVs, 65" living room & 50" in bedroom. Full kitchen and space to cook or enjoy local takeout ! Best local neighborhood restaurant is Lobsta Land minutes out the door !
