Outfitted with hardwoods and floor-to-ceiling tongue and groove walls, the rustic elegance will make you feel right at home. The entryway leads to a large, newly renovated well-appointed kitchen, with all the supplies you would need to cook a gourmet meal. The dining area, with custom built-in bench seating, can accommodate up to 14 adults. The cozy family room has a wood-burning stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, ample seating, and mountain views off the back window. Off the living area are two of the cabin's King bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed set and a flat-screen TV. The two king suites share a newly renovated full bathroom. ************ Upper Level: (1) Family King Bedroom with 1 King beds, 1 Trundle Twin, 1 Crib (1) King Bedroom(1) Kid's Bedroom with (2) twin beds + (1) twin trundle bed (1) Full shared bathroom Kid's Play area with kid's toys and books Cozy reading corner Upper-Level Description: Continuing up the stairs, the upper level of the cabin houses a family suite offering a king-size bed, trundle and crib and the other king bedroom offering a king bed, each sharing a full bathroom. There is a kid's bedroom with 2 twin beds (one of which has a pull-out trundle twin bed as well). There is also a play area, with seating, games, and a slide that takes you back down to the main level! ************ Lower Level: Game Room 2nd Living Room Movie Theater Steam Room (1) Family Suite with (1) King bed and (1) futon sleeper (1) Queen Bedroom(1) Full bathroom Lower Level Description: Continuing back down the stairs, you'll find Beaver Cabin's lower level. You will find an 800 sqft game room, with skee ball, shuffleboard, bubble hockey, darts and an assortment of arcade games. There is also pub seating around the room and another wood-burning stone fireplace. The lower level also houses the cabin's final two bedrooms. One is an oversized king suite with trundle bed, the other a cozy queen. They share a brand-new full bath. If you'd like to roast some popcorn, relax, and catch a movie, there is also a 14-seat cinema, with authentic theatre-style carpet and seating, and an 86" TV. Near the west exit to of the lower level, there is also a steam room, which leads to the outdoors and other spa features of the house. ************ Outdoor Areas: As specular as the interior is, the true beauty of Beaver Cabin can only be experienced from the outdoor living areas. Directly off the lower level, and in close proximity to the steam room, you will find both an oversized hot tub and barrel sauna. There is an abundance of both covered deck and patio space outside to enjoy. Sit around our gas-burning fire pit, roast marshmallows, and take in the mountain views. Or enjoy dinner outside with covered dining for 16, cooked on either our grill or outdoor pizza oven. Further down the property, you'll find a wood-burning fire pit. Gather around in comfortable seating and build a bonfire with the entire group. The flat area beyond the house also serves as a great space for outdoor games with mountain views in the backdrop. In addition to the countless amenities at Beaver Cabin, we take pride in our hospitality above all else. From the time you book your stay, until the time you depart, we are here to help in any way we can. ***Included during your stay at Beaver Cabin*** -Vinyl player/speaker for use during your stay. -Complimentary coffee K-cups for use in the coffee maker. -Organic soap, shampoo, and bath products are located in each bathroom. -Plush bathrobes for use to/from the spa amenities. -Hospitality Manager to assist you during the booking process and during your stay. -A detailed digital guest book with local area information, house specifics and local area recommendations curated by our local Hospitality Manager. -1 Crib, 1 changing table, 1 pack-n-play, 1 high chair - All stored on the property for your use. -Upgraded bed linens including 600 thread count cotton sheets and pillowcases. -In-house safe to lock your valuables in during your stay. ***Please Note*** -Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old. -There is an additional guest fee of $20 per person per night over 8 guests. -No pets are allowed. -No parties, events, or weddings are allowed at this home. -Local noise ordinance strictly prohibits noise after 10 pm. -Beaver Cabin will accommodate up to 16 guests maximum.
