Truro’s most sought after locations, this beautifully renovated and very cozy 2 bedroom condo has spectacular bay side and dune views with 1000’ feet of sandy, beach right outside your door. It is one of 4 units in a charming, original multi family cottage all of which have separate entryways and exclusive areas to lounge. Perfect location for the beachgoers in your group with the ease of quickly getting to all of what the area has to offer. The floor plan is open with 2 charming bedrooms and bathroom off the kitchen /living room area. The living room area overlooks the dunes with comfortable seating and television viewing. This is the front of the house. Wide pine floor boards run throughout the entire unit.In the master bedroom you will find a queen size bed and a cozy built-in twin size window seat overlooking the dunes (that can function as a bed if needed.) The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed with excellent storage. There is good storage in both bedrooms and has excellent lighting if you're a reader. All the beds are super comfortable! There is air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as the main area. If you are inclined to cook during your stay the kitchen is well equipped with dish ware, pots, pans and standard appliances. The kitchen has both an island that will accommodate 6 and, for larger groups there is a pull out drop leaf table for your enjoyment. Eat inside or, better yet, dine outside in your private garden. The garden area was added in 2018 were you will find a lovely outdoor shower, table top grill and picnic table. This will be your exclusive fenced in area for the entire time you are there. The area is quite peaceful but be prepared for daytime activity as this is a popular route for runners and those headed into town. Whether you decide to shower inside in the tastefully designed tiled bathroom or outside in your private garden, you will find the water pressure fabulous in both. The beach is unsurpassed! Walk just 25 ft. to the back of the house to enjoy the lounging area and access the beautiful long beach that will take you into Provincetown. If you prefer to stay close to home for the day you will find an exclusive private sandy area with picnic tables and Adirondack chairs for the renters in the house which overlook the bay and Provincetown. The tranquility of the bayside is perfect for folks who find the ocean current strong and the hike to the [ocean] beach a bit more difficult. For those who prefer to go into town a short two mile drive or bike ride will get you into the heart of Provincetown where almost anything can happen! You will have the best of both worlds. Private parking for 2 -3 cars. Easy bike ride to Provincetown and National Seashore beaches PLUS we're located right on the shuttle route! You won't be disappointed! Equipped with cable TV and internet service.
