Association private beach is steps away. The condo includes a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, linens, towels, beach umbrella and chairs. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower in 2022. Ample parking is also available as well as a bike rack. Back deck has seating, as well as front with Adirondack chairs to sit outside and enjoy the ocean view.
