Quaint home in Oak Hill, Conveniently Located. We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (ACE, AOTG, River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located in the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : )Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in AC after a great day of having fun!The space includes two bedrooms (each with their own TV) and a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. We have a washer and dryer at your disposal. The house is 936 square feet. We welcome 6 people to stay at a time, but be aware that it can get a bit crowded with that number since the pullout couch would need to be used as a bed. 4 people can fit quite comfortably :)Please note that the “No Pet” policy is for guests. When we are using the house, we do bring our dog, Medora. She will usually end up being there about 2-3 weeks total throughout the year. If you have a very severe dog allergy, please consider this before booking. Thank you
