This home is on a gravel residential street with many neighbors close to hiking, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Linn Cove Viaduct, Price Lake, Cone Manor and more!The property features a living room/kitchen area with wood floors throughout and a 43" Smart TV with Spectrum Streaming and updated Spectrum WiFi/Router, full kitchen, deluxe bath with larger corner jetted tub plus separate shower and full-size washer and dryer. Stay for a couple of nights or a couple of months and have everything you need right here. Cell service is limited, but a landline is provided for local calls/emergencies.Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and there is a backyard.Enjoy restful moments on the sweet covered porch overlooking the trees and backyard with a small winter view of Grandfather Mountain. Cabin has WiFi and satellite TV plus land-line phone if your cell phone doesn't work in the mountains.The location is about 10 minutes from the village of Blowing Rock where you will find upscale shopping, restaurants, and events!There is a queen bed in the bedroom and smaller Roku TV plus a large chair in the great room that converts to a twin-size bed.Have more people? Grandfather`s Backside is right next door!This is a shady location. Porch steps have potential to become slick in wet conditions.Pet Rules: Pets allowed with approval - a maximum of 2 dogs under 50 lbs.Your dog(s) must be fully housetrained and current on vaccinations and Flea & Tick preventative; cannot be left loose or unattended at any time; must be crated if you leave them home alone, crate(s) not supplied; pets are not allowed on the furniture and you must clean up any hair in the home upon your departure; Please make sure to clean up the yard after your dogs; if there is a hot tub, dogs are not allowed in it.
