The duplex is ideally located right across the street from Marker 1 Marina and you'll be within walking distance of great local shops, dining options, and activities. Golfers can tee it up on a historic public course steeped in Golden Age pedigree at the Donald Ross-designed Dunedin Golf Club (1.9 mi.).Showcasing Florida-inspired decor, the home's updated interior comes decked out in serene coastal tones and all the modern comforts of home. The full kitchen is equipped to handle anything from home meal prep to beach snacks. A plush sofa and massive smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. The private patio area offers a pleasant spot for coffee or cocktails. Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 PMCheck-out time: 10:00 AMAll guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AMNo smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets.
