The backyard is meticulously appointed as well, with a 2-story screen enclosure, a brand-new BBQ grill, outdoor dining furniture, pool floats and lounge chairs for sun bathing. The space: Drive up to a truly unique, 2 story home in charming Dunedin, just minutes away from Honeymoon Island State Park and Clearwater Beach. Walking in, your welcomed by vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers and layout that feels like two homes in one. But don't worry, this home is as comfortable as it is gorgeous. Upstairs you'll find the stunning open kitchen, with a huge granite countertop island, that practically begs you cook meals at home, even with all of the incredible restaurants Dunedin has to offer. The custom hardwood dining table seats 8 comfortably (plus a high chair for those traveling with little ones). The Main Living Room is located just off the dining room. In addition to being extremely spacious and having tons of seating space for quality gatherings, it has an 85-inch Roku TV (with 3D glasses!), perfect for movie night.
