The well-equipped, full kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, plus there’s even a gas grill for BBQ enthusiasts. You’ll also find a washer/dryer for added convenience. Outside, a water feature runs along the back of the yard, adding to the peaceful ambiance of the property. Enjoy the community amenities such as pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a shared swimming pool with a sauna. For golf enthusiasts, the Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club is just a stone's throw away, offering 27 holes of championship golf. After a day of sun and sand, return to the comfort of this lovely house to unwind and relax.Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase using a supplied QR code. Things to KnowDelaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
