Guests will feel right at home in this beautiful, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with an open concept floor plan. The kitchen and dining area provide a spacious feel and plenty of room for everyone. The master suite is located on the first floor along with a second bedroom and 2nd full bathroom. Upstairs offers 3 additional bedrooms and an area with a sleeper sofa. TVs in all bedrooms and two additional TVs in the downstairs living areas. The backyard backs up to a large pond that sets the stage to watch the sunset or just relax after a day at the beach. Relax and unwind in the large screened-in porch or enjoy grilling dinner on the back deck. Golf can be purchased through the Pro Shop and AMENITY PASSES can be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.Don't forget to catch a happy hour or dinner at "The Den" restaurant, located in Bear Trap Community.Look no further than the amenity-rich community of Bear Trap Dunes. Amenities include 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, fitness center, a beach shuttle, 6 tennis courts, saunas, and hot tubs. Bear Trap's restaurant, "The Bear's Den", driving range, and golf pro shop are all within a short walk. **To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed.
