The screened in porch and deck overlook a pond and have additional seating for 7. The 1st Floor features, The master suite featuring a king bed, bathroom a large walk-in shower and water closet. Additionally, there is a TV and cable.The living room comes with a comfortable sectional with sleeper with a gas fireplace and chiminea outside, along with a large screen TV with cable.The dinning area is off of the living room and has seating for 6. Additionally, the powder room sits next to the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for guests to use. The well equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and microwave, regular coffee maker, dishwahser, and counter top ice maker.This golf getaway also has a comfortable screened porch sitting area and open-air deck with outdoor seating, plus a gas grill for BBQ's.The 2nd floor features:The 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed and a toddler bed with a wall mounted TVThe 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds and a TV. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.This house includes central heating and air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, parking for at least 2 vehicles at the driveway and surrounding street. The garage also comes with beach chairs and toys. With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Additionally, a beach shuttle service that runs throughout the community and takes you to downtown Bethany Beach.This Bear Trap Dunes home is Non-smoking and 2 Dogs are welcome for a fee! Additionally, sheets and towels will be included with your stay. There is free parking for 2+ vehicles and you must be 25 or older to rent this property.Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
