Fabulous Bear Trap Community, Single Family Home, Water View! This is a spacious single-family home in the Village of Bear Trap Dunes. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, and an outdoor shower. Large front porch with swing, screened-in back porch with pond view, open deck with picnic table. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Separate TV room on 1st level. First floor Master Bedroom with king bed, and En Suite. Three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 2nd bedroom is very spacious and has both a queen size bed and a single (Twin). The 3rd bedroom is great for the kids with pyramid bunk beds including a single (twin) on top, a double (full) pullout trundle (twin). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom is smaller and has one full size (double) bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The house includes all modern amenities, a full-size washer and dryer, dual AC/Heat and gas fireplace, microwave and full electric range with oven. A gas BBQ grill is located in back yard. There is a spacious outdoor shower. Kids bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, electric go cart, baby stroller, corn hole game and paddle ball in the garage. Walking distance to outdoor pools and fitness center. Community pools require renters to purchase pool tags at the community center for $55 per person.
