A Keurig coffee maker has been added to please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. The pool that can be used is located at the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion - within driving distance and weekly badges must be purchased to use the pool and other amenities as well, tennis, pickleball, etc.Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Security camera details: Front porch and back screened in porch have cameras. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
