Work space is available in the unit as well. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen or savor your morning coffee on the screened-in porch or open deck, both offering stunning views of the serene golf greens.Down the hall is the master bedroom which boasts a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and tub. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the 3rd bedroom which is an open loft space features a bunk bed and trundle, a TV, and a full bathroom.Tucked towards the back of the community, our condo ensures a peaceful and quiet getaway. Book your stay now for a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation!The Bear Trap Dunes community is filled with excellent amenities that guests can use after purchasing passes. These amenities include outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds. This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**This home is a non-smoking home and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
