Stunning Lakefront Vacation Getaway! Near Weirs Beach & Bank of NH Pavilion Welcome to your own private townhouse with gorgeous views of Lake Winnipesaukee! Centrally located just minutes to Weirs Beach, Bank of NH Pavilion and Gunstock Mountain. Just a short drive to all the adventurous activities the White Mountains have to offer! Be sure to check out all the Summer/Fall festivities occurring in the Lake's Region this season!The space:As you enter this stunning newly remodeled space you will make your way up a small staircase into the spacious kitchen which connects to the open concept dining and family room. Walk out the slider to a peaceful balcony with retractable awning overlooking the lake. A half bath and pull-out sofa complete the space. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with gorgeous views and blackout curtains as well as a full bath. The master bedroom includes a day bed as well.Guest access:Guests have access to the beautiful pool, tennis/pickleball courts located on site as well as the day docks. Primary parking is space #3 directly in front of the main entrance. Additional parking is available in the visitors (V) spaces. The entrance to the condo is door #3 facing the parking lot.Access to the docks is locked across from the main entrance to the association, down the steps from the street. The pool is located up the hill by the tennis/pickleball courts. Other things to note:Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 10am. Kindly note this is a no-smoking and no-pets allowed home in respect to our guests with allergies.CLEANING PROCEDURES: We are taking extra precautions during these times to ensure you have a fantastic experience. First, all access when arriving and exiting does not require key contact/exchange nor interaction with any person. Additionally, we are taking extra cleaning precautions; regular cleanings between rentals, disinfecting all high touch surface areas (kitchen, bathroom, doorknobs, door handles, furniture, rugs, etc.) with disinfectant.
