The owner will never be on the premises during guest stays. With a pristine location on Claytor Lake, Twin Coves Point is where you want to be for lakeside recreation. This cozy downstairs apartment is perfect for small groups or a couples getaway. While this listing is only for the lower level, guests will have exclusive use of the outdoor amenities as well as the lower and upper deck (upstairs will remain unoccupied). Provided for your stay is all sorts of fun activities: kayaks and paddleboards (life jackets not provided), darts, basketball, two fire pits (one by the house and one overlooking the water), a dock for fishing or tying up a boat, lounging Adirondack chairs, and a grill for cooking out. Great location to many local attractions: 20 Minutes to Downtown Radford and Radford 30 Minutes to Virginia Tech 20 Minutes to New River Vineyards, River Brewing Company, Pete Dye River Course20 Minutes to Claytor Lake State Park (by car) 30 Minutes to Thee Draper Village/New River Trail (55 Mile Scenic Bike Trail) Important Notes - This property is at the end of a long gravel road. While the road is accessible by all vehicles (in good weather), there are parts that will require you to traverse slowly. For questions concerning the road please contact us. - This listing is for the downstairs apartment only. No one else will be in the home during your stay and you'll have access to the dock, both decks, and outdoor area exclusively - You can tie off a boat at this property, but there are no bumpers on the dock - there are some for your use in the garage - Not Pet Friendly - 2 Night Minimum/3 Night Minimum on Holidays (Graduation weekends must rent entire house - please see the alternate listing. Entire house is typically not available for rent)
