Our community has a private beach and dock for enjoying the lake. We also have a kayak/paddle board that can be used by any guests. We also provide towels (shower & beach), beach chairs, floaties, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful deck with grill & screened in porch. The deck is a great place to enjoy the view of the lake- enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the deck to see all the wildlife in the morning or enjoy looking at the stars in the evening! We are minutes away from Smith Mountain Lake State Park which has a public boat launch, beach & wonderful hiking. Mariner's Landing Golf is steps away, as well as 2 restaurants- Bruno's & The Landing. Looking for a night of fun? Head over to Bottles & Bites for a glass of wine and some fun games. You will enjoy the quietness of the community but only steps away from lots of activities.
