The couch is a queen pullout couch.By confirming your booking you waive liability for the use of the attic ladder that leads to the loft area. There are signs both up and downstairs that detail how to use the ladder. Thank You!Access to the property is through an E-Loc. The code is given to the guest with check in instructions. Parking is on the side of the home. The last half mile leading up to the cabin is a paved one way road that goes up a mountain. You do not get onto a gravel road until you see the A-Frame. The last 50 meters of the road is a well maintained gravel road. We rarely have guests who have trouble getting up this road. Four wheel drive is NOT needed.We will be happy to tailor to all of your needs during your stay to make your trip to Asheville an unforgettable one. Check in is via an electronic lock, answer any questions you have, provide local ad- vice and directions as required.
