Centrally located just 15 mins from Asheville and 10 mins from Black Mountain. Home is newly renovated and designed to create space for family and friends to create beautiful memories together. Top features include a large hot tub, pool table, large custom dining table, two wood burning fireplaces, and incredible fire pit area at top of mountain property to give the very best mountain views. Home consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 full/twin bunks. Tvs included in all bedrooms (except bunk room) and two living rooms with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney plus.Cancellation policy 96% refund if cancel 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 14 days prior. No Refund less than 14 days before check inCheck out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate. No Parties- Home in residential Neighborhood- now loud outside noise after 10pmIf you move furniture please put back where originally found Pets Allowed with Pet FeeWeapons are not allowed on property.Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
