Chalet style home just outside Asheville and Black Mountain Escape to this stunning chalet-style home, nestled in the picturesque Swannanoa River valley. Overlooking a tranquil pond and surrounded by the beauty of Western North Carolina, this safe and quiet oasis is just minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. Wake up to the sounds of the waterfall and birds, and enjoy the wrap-around deck and hot tub. With a mini-farm on the property, you're sure to make unforgettable memories during your stay.-The main level of this space is both spacious and welcoming. It boasts an open floor plan, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas and cable TV.Above the living area, a loft bedroom houses a queen-sized bed and a half bathroom. In the kitchen closet, you'll find a washer and dryer.Downstairs, you'll find a complete bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while two twin beds are at the bottom of the stairs. A curtain separates these beds from the common area so that you can enjoy some privacy. There's also a full-sized bed in the common area downstairs, which has doors for added privacy.-Take time to unwind at the pond on our pristine white sand beach. Take a leisurely ride in our paddle boat, but please note that swimming and diving are not permitted in the pond. You can also enjoy our blow-up floats, available for use in our beach house.-Please ensure that no more than two cars are parked at the house, and please avoid backing down the driveway, as it can be dangerous. We have had to call towing services in the past to get cars off the hillside, and we do not want you to experience this. You can park any extra vehicles below. The entrance to the lower area is through the second driveway.When interacting with the goats, please know they are very friendly and may jump on you. If you have children, keep a close eye on them. The goats absolutely adore carrots!Please note that children must ALWAYS be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult when they are with the animals or at the pond. We cannot be held liable for any injuries caused by unattended children. If you use the umbrellas, please put them down after use. Our home is conveniently located ten minutes away from downtown Asheville and ten minutes from Black Mountain, which offers a variety of restaurants and breweries. We recommend using Uber or Lyft to avoid the hassle of parking. Both services are reliable in the area. If you're thinking about making a reservation for the upcoming autumn season, you'll be happy to know that the fall foliage is expected to be breathtaking this year as a result of the plentiful rainfall and cooler weather.We appreciate your interest in our offering!
