[Military & First Responder Discount: Any Active or Reserve Duty Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighter, EMS/EMT] Cozy house situated on a 1.0-acre woodland lot. All amenities: HD cable, 47' HD Flat screen in lining room, flat screens in every bedroom (all Roku equipped), Broadband Wi-Fi. Large deck, grill (May through October), screened sun/play porch, large private yard. It is a peaceful location minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, and 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. Immediately adjacent to Whitaker Woods, a 180-acre Conservation Property with 45 kilometers of trails. Initially logging roads, the trails have been groomed and reconfigured to create a park-like woodland for hikers, joggers, mountain bikers, Nordic skiing & snowshoeing. It is the best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access, avoiding traffic, but quiet, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of the house. Note: There are security cameras on the driveway and garage as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded, but unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable!
