Heating is by ductless H/AC system and there are two tankless hot water heaters for abundant and endless hot water. Lot size is about .75 acre with many acres of common green space. The rural location is ideal for family pets because of low traffic flow, fenced and plenty of room for pet runs. We cater to the relocating community but welcome all guests who enjoy the rural setting and the proximity to the Aiken State Park, Savannah River Site the cities of Aiken, SC and Augusta, Ga.
