The house also includes a practical den that doubles as an additional sleeping area, ensuring comfort for all guests.Community amenities add to the appeal with features catered to enhance your living experience. This home not only offers beauty and fun but a lot of "fun stuff" designed to make your vacation enjoyable! Bayview will surely provide your family with memorable moments against the backdrop of bay tranquility. The Community amenities include 2 outdoor pools, (one with a slide and kiddie pool) , an Olympic sized indoor pool, fitness center, waterfront dining, marina, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, gold and walking trails! - Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!- No smoking is permitted on the premises. - This property is pet friendly! A $150 pet fee will apply; one dog max. No cats. - Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.- Community amenities require passes for an additional fee.- Additional community requirements: Each occupant must disclose their name. Vehicles must be registered; make and model of each vehicle is required. Incomplete or incorrect information will result in revocation of the use of community amenities and facilities. No Sunday check-ins or check-outs are permitted.
