Overlooking the channel and also offering expansive views of the quaint town of Chincoteague Island. Lovely 3rd floor unit with water views from every room. Nice spacious layout with 3 nice size bedrooms and master bedroom suite privately located at one end of the unit with Jacuzzi tub and waterfront balcony. Two additional bedrooms at the opposite end of the unit share full bathroom. Spacious great room with 13' ceilings and 40' waterfront balcony. Additional amenities include pool area, exercise room, outside shower, elevator and WIFI. Please note there is no boat parking allowed in the parking lot if you plan to bring a boat please make other arrangements. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee ,travel insurance and credit card fee's).
