Coco Banana's tropical feeling is ap-peeling! COCO BANANA is a bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-full bath, central air conditioned home, located on a quiet dead-end street near the heart of town. It is just a short walk to historic Main Street where you can explore Chincoteague’s quaint gift shops, restaurants ice cream parlor and movie theater. It is also close to the bowling alley, grocery store and Fairgrounds. You will love the beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, gas range, refrigerator with ice maker and a full appointment of cookware, dishes and accessories. Eat in the spacious dining area or out on the peaceful screened in deck. There is a flat screen HDTV in the living room and one in each bedroom showing DirecTV’s movie channel package. Laundry is a breeze in the separate laundry room with the full-sized front loading washer and dryer. You can even enjoy the large outdoor shower. You will always have plenty of hot water with the Insta-Hot gas water heater! Coco Banana easily sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 plush queen beds and 2 fill size futons with brand new mattresses! Please supply your own linens or if you choose we can provide them to you for a fee. This home has always had No Smoking and a No Pets Policy. We ask that you leave Coco Banana neat and tidy at check-out and please take the time to write a review. Visit Chincoteague Island and stay at Coco Banana. You will want to return again and again!
