On the 1st Floor, you will find a spacious Living Area comfortably furnished and a wall of windows to the water. Relax in the Central AC while enjoying the Flat Screen Cable TV and Free WiFi after a fun-filled day on the Beach. You won't want to leave the huge Bayfront Balcony just off the Living Area - just imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching the Herons & Egrets fish for their morning meal! The well-stocked Kitchen has all you need to make mealtime a bay breeze. Enjoy meals in the Eat-in Kitchen or Al Fresco on the Balcony. The 1st Floor also has a super convenient Half Bath just off the Living Area. There is also a 1st Floor Bedroom with a Queen Bed! Upstairs, you will find 2 more spacious Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Bedroom 2 is a Master with a huge King Bed, access to another Waterfront Balcony, and a Master Bath. You can see forever from here - what a great place to sink into an Adirondack with a good book.
