The home has four spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and there is a shared bathroom on both the upper and lower level of the house. All beds have memory foam mattresses, pillows and warm comforters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and a Keurig machine. In addition, there are also pots, pans, plates, tea cups, glasses and silverware for your convenience. We provide complimentary K-cups and bottled water. The living spaces are equipped with smart TV's for streaming (Firestick, Hulu, & Disney+ included). Free WiFi (password provided on check-in), modern and comfortable sofas in the upper level living room and two sofas with reclining chairs in the lower level living room.- NO Smoking (Remediation fine for deep cleaning if no smoking rule is broken)- NO Pets- NO Parties or Events- NO Glitter- NO covering or tampering with the external video cameras- Check-In after 4PM- Check-out 11AM- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am- No 3rd party bookings. Person booking the house must be staying on the property for the duration of trip. No additional/unregistered guests are allowed.
