Quiet Guest House Apartment We have a lovely property in Waterbury Center that is listed on VRBO as well (the house is booked during the eclipse weekend). We would like to offer this separate guest apartment at the same location-during the solar eclipse event. This is the perfect location with dark skies...for a couple eager to get away or small family, since we have a full size futon in the living room area. The studio apartment is 800 sq. feet with one private bedroom, open space with a kitchen, bathroom, dining area, living area and desk space to work area. The deck has a lovely view of the Green Mountains. Safe parking area and a separate entrance for your privacy and coming and going throughout your stay. We provide all linens and bedding, free WIFI, TV, AC. It is a simple, quiet get-away space close to world class hiking, breweries, mountain biking and boating on the Waterbury Reservoir.
