Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours.The Mad River valley provides the ultimate experience for outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes from Mad River Glen and Sugarbush Resort with skiing, biking, hiking, and golfing are all available. Enjoy a swim in the Mad River or a local swimming hole on Mill Brook or travel 10 minutes to well known Warren Falls. There are many local restaurants that provide take out and outside dining or pack a lunch and explore some of the many hiking trails the area has to offer.The entire private house plus 8 acres.The two master suites each host a fireplace, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads providing a 5-star quality experience for guests. This home was a 2016 Department of Energy award winner for sustainability and sports a chic open concept design with upscale amenities and furnishings. Additional features throughout the home include a private media room, full changing room to store your active wear, built in boot dryer, heated towel racks, living room fire place, an outdoor gas grill with built in hood and plenty of space on the decks to soak in the mountains of the Mad River Valley. A private hot tub is also available for use located on the ground level floor.A vehicle is required for this area and please note that the driveway leading to this property is a steep and winding dirt road. While accessible in the summer with a two wheel drive vehicle, in months with snow or possibility of snow, it is required to utilize a vehicle with snow tires and 4WD capability.
