We let nature take its course here, plants and wildlife run free. The covered patio is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle and coffee pot. This is an open area studio, there is not a separate bedroom. This 4 acre farm property is bordered on 2 sides by the reservoir. Minutes to vineyards, downtown restaurants, shops and Choate campus. The main house is about 25 feet from the studio. No-cost early check-in and late check-out is available 99% of the time, just ask.
