To your left you will find 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with tub & shower. In the back left you will find laundry room with back access to back porch and beautiful quiet yard.Guest Access:Door has code for front & back door giving guests access without having to meet with owner or keep track of keys.The Neighborhood:Nice quiet neighborhood of Catawba Heights, Mt. Holly. This is near the Riverside community but near everything and anything you would need.Other Things to Note:No parties or events allowed. This is a quiet safe neighborhood and we want neighbors to always feel comfortable and happy having this home.Interaction with Guests:Please reach out to us if you have any questions or need anything. We live local and will be glad to help! Ring security camera is located at entrance door for safety. No cameras inside anywhere.
