High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the studio ensures you're always connected.It's right on the bus route to Killington Resort, so getting to the slopes is a breeze. In the summer, take a dip in the common heated outdoor pool to cool off. This fully renovated studio has everything you need for a great stay—book your spot now and get ready for some fun in Killington!• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.• This condo is up one flight of stairs.• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.• For your safety & ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
