Inside this beautifully remodeled 1910s home, you'll find a sleek, elegant modern kitchen with a Vitamix blender, a Nespresso machine, a coffee bean grinder, a miniature waffle iron, an oven with an air fryer, high-end pots and pans and knives, and incredible appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The spacious living area features gorgeous wood plank floors with chic furniture and a large smart TV with streaming services. When it comes to indoor entertainment, this home features three additional smart TVs and a neverending number of board games, including Scrabble, dominoes, Pictionary, and monopoly, along with a large jigsaw puzzle. There are a few games in the kids' room (Candyland, chutes, and ladders), along with some great Duplo legos. The well-appointed bedrooms are located upstairs with a bunk room and fun playroom area for the little ones, while futons provide extra sleeping space.Outdoors, take advantage of the expansive enclosed backyard with a swing set, a tranquil outdoor living/dining complete with a dining set, Weber Genesis II grill, a firepit, and a basketball hoop. Additional amenities include a handheld clothes steamer and an HVAC air conditioner downstairs.THINGS TO KNOWParking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
