It offers five bedrooms, two & half bathrooms, furnished kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms. You can take sidewalks to shop at Somerset Collection or grab a ride-share. Take advantage of the fabulous dining options available: Morton’s, Ruth Chris, Ocean Prime & Maggiano’s, Griffin microbrewery, Whole Foods, etc. Booking will require a message to host with details of your visit please.Our Home:The entire house is yours, including the patio and full size front + back yards.The garage and one room in the basement are used to store landlord materials.Cameras are posted throughout the exterior of the house.Guest Access:We enjoy welcoming our guests. When not possible, there is a keyless entry. You will receive a message prior to the 4PM check-in with the details for entry - this will come through the app.House Rules:This is strictly non-smoking/no vaping house (no pipes, cigarettes, no anything. There is no smoking inside or outside the property. Violation of the smoking is subject to a $500 penalty and price to have the home ionized and air cleaned.There are no guests (outside the registered guests) allowed on the property. No events or parties of any sorts are authorized on the property.The only cars allowed at the residence are those belonging to the registered guest.There are no trailers, RVs or boats allowed at the property without the approval of the host. Please contact the host for approval.Pet may be allowed with the approval of the host during booking. Guest must message host to grant approval and must indicated in booking they have a pet. There is a pet fee associated with bookings.There are spaces in the house that are not childproof (utility room). House is not 100% childproof.Check out/Accountability: Trash: During check out please be sure to take all trash (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) to the trash dumpster in the driveway. Please recycle all plastic and glass and cardboard that is free of food debris. Use the blue recycling tub in the kitchen to leave just bottle or cans that are subject to Michigan $0.10 deposit fee.Kitchen: Please wash all dishes, cups, and bowls in the dishwasher. Run the dishwasher before you leave if you have any used flatware. Please use the broom to sweep up all droppings in the house. If you have anything you didn't use like soaps, food, frozen goods, feel free to leave it and the cleaning crew will take care of it for you.Please ensure all the toilets are flushed and bathrooms are returned to move-in condition/trash taken out.Linen & Towels: Please take only towels used during the visit to the laundry room. Strip the sheets and bring them down to the laundry room. Please keep mattress liner and pillowcase liner on - they do not need to be brought to the laundry room.
